I've been frigging around for too long trying to rip a record that has skips in different places on both of my copies, while trying to splice two sound files together to make one file that sounds decent, and I finally gave up and said screw it-- I'll just post some hardcore. So here you go, here's C.R.
I wasn't listening to an awful lot of hardcore at the time this record came out in '96, but I went ahead and bought this from Milhouse when they played a show in Waterbury because I knew enough from reading Monkeybite, Number Two, Greedy Bastard, and Change Zine back then that C.R. were pretty much the shit. I think I saw somewhere that this 7" was reissued recently (there's a C.R. discography CD out there that has this on it, too), but I'll be damned if I can find any information about that now. Heck, even my "original" copy is still just a second pressing. Waahh, I'm not special!!
Ultrafast HC in the tradition of Siege/Infest/Dropdead, with some Gravity influence. Lots of power, and it's quite diverse, too, not just 1000mph machine gun fire. Great stuff. - FLEX Discography
