Jesus Alou (Was Born To Play Right Field)

After posting Big Stick's "Drag Racing" the other day, I found a cheap-ass mp3 of one of their other hits, "Jesus Was Born on an Indian Reservation"-- and since this song cracks me up (plus, dumb as it is, it's probably still their best riff), I thought I would share. That ain't no jive, Charlie Brown. Fuh-REEEEZE Pop!

What are the odds that two of the blogs I read regularly post pictures of two different Jesus Alou cards within two weeks?

Wait, where's the other Jesus Alou card?

Dude's bitin' my flavas.

Cardboard Gods, Dec 24th. It's funny, baseball card guy did a music post today and music guy put a baseball card up.

Never read that blog before-- Cardboard Gods. Looks like a great blog. Guy talks a lot, though.

You two crazy kids!

Like the Furors said, "Baseball is FAKE! Wrestling is REAL."

Though anything involving Ron Hunt definitely happened.
